All items that have proof of damage while at shipping, will be fully refunded.

Given the chance to request a refund within 14 days After receiving the shipped item ordered.

and we will start the refund process immediately.

For proof of damage at shipping , please keep in mind to set aside all the packaging and damaged item in its package (Do not throw away), which are the box paper and including item in Box.

And above all, Rest assured, we are well experienced in shipping delicate fragile items.

Same goes for the Sandals and their Sizes ; after the fact, you have full Right of Return and or Exchange.
